On May 5, 2014, representatives of the owners of the property located at 88-94 North Broadway appeared before the Board of Trustees to present various development options for the property. The property had previously been used as commercial office space but is now largely vacant. The property is currently for sale.
The Board of Trustees listened to the development options which included a standard, six lot single family home subdivision which is currently before the Planning Board. In addition, an assisted living facility and multi-family residential options were presented.
The Board of Trustees has invited the representatives back to discuss their development options in more detail. That session is scheduled during the Board of Trustees’ regular worksession on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. in the Trustees’ Meeting Room of Village Hall.
