The proposed Action also includes the conversion of approximately 5,000 square feet of existing office space in the existing Mercy Hall to dormitory beds. The project proposes to be connected to public water and sewer.

While the Mercy College Campus consists of 25 acres within the Village of Dobbs Ferry as well as 31 acres in the Village of Irvington, only land and facilities within Irvington are proposed be modified for this proposed Action. Separate applications and land use reviews and approvals will be required for any Action within the Village of Dobbs Ferry.
