There is NO boil water alert for Irvington Water customers.
Reports incorrectly included Irvington as one of the communities affected. The County continues to make Reverse 911 phone calls urging Irvington customers to boil water.
The boil water alert is applicable only to water drawn from the Catskill Aqueduct. The Irvington water department has been drawing water from the Delaware Aqueduct for the past week and continues to do so.
