The Board of Trustees has released their priorities as they move toward re-zoning the waterfront. View the priorities and submit your comments.
On September 14, 2009, the Board of Trustees published a draft list of priorities to be used during the re-zoning process. The Village web site contains a summary of the priorities of the Village Board members for the future development of the Irvington waterfront. The summary, after being subject to public comment and any necessary revisions, will serve as a guide to the Board in its preparation of a proposed local zoning law for the waterfront business district. The proposed local zoning law will be subject to public hearing.
Anyone interested in commenting on the list of priorities is invited to attend the September 29, 2009 meeting of the Board of Trustees. Also, comments may be submitted in writing to Village Administrator Lawrence Schopfer at 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY or by email at LSCHOPFER@IRVINGTONNY.GOV.
