On Monday evening, April 18, 2022 at 7 p.m., the Board of Trustees will hear a presentation from a developer about their plans for an affordable and moderate income, multi-family housing development at 76 North Broadway. The developer, Wilder Balter, will be making an informal presentation to the Board of Trustees. After the presentation, the developer is expected to file with the Planning Board where their application will be reviewed in detail.
Monday's meeting will be held in the meeting room of Village Hall where the Board of Trustees will be present. Due to space limitations, members of the public wishing to view the presentation are asked to attend the meeting remotely via Zoom. The presentation will be shown directly on Zoom and will be archived on the Village's YouTube channel along with all other meetings.
