NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Irvington will hold a Public Hearing to consider a local law pursuant to Cannabis Law § 131, opting out of licensing and establishing retail cannabis dispensaries and on-site consumption establishments in the Village of Irvington on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 7PM (and continued to November 1, 2021 at 7PM) in either Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Irvington, NY or via Zoom.
