[ARCHIVED] Reminder about Public Meeting Procedures - COVID-19

As a reminder, tonight's Planning Board meeting (at 7:00 p.m.) will be held using a hybrid format in light of the increased risk of COVID-19. The Planning Board and staff will be meeting in-person in Village Hall and the public can attend remotely via Zoom. While the NYS Open Meetings Law requires that the public be allowed to attend in-person, there will be limited seating available in the Court Room in Village Hall due to social distancing measures. Anyone choosing to attend in person will need to be fully masked regardless of vaccination status.

We are strongly encouraging those who wish to attend the meeting to do so remotely. The public will have every opportunity to speak and participate in the meeting as was the case from March 2020 to June 2021.
