In light of the increased spread of COVID-19, Village Board meetings will be conducted in a hybrid manner starting with the meeting of August 30, 2021.
In order to remain compliant with the NYS Open Meetings Law, the members of the Board of Trustees and limited staff will gather in the meeting room in Village Hall. While the public has the right to attend the meeting in person, we are strongly discouraging in person attendance. The public will be able to attend the meeting and participate fully via Zoom as was done during the 15+ months of the declared pandemic emergency. A link to the Zoom meeting will be shown on the Board of Trustees meeting agenda.
Going forward, the plan would be to apply this hybrid format to the land use boards (Planning, Zoning and Architectural Review) and continue it as long as necessary.
