Due to ongoing concerns regarding the spread and transmission of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Westchester County, the Village of Irvington Justice Court will only hear essential matters on Monday, March 16, 2020.
If you received an Appearance/Pre-Trial Conference or Trial notice regarding a traffic matter or parking matter from the Irvington Village Court directing you to appear at the Courthouse on March 16th you will be notified of your future adjournment date via US Postal Mail. If you are scheduled to appear and you are suffering from the flu or other serious contagious illness, please contact your Attorney or the court at (914) 591-7095 or via email dfusco@irvingtonny.gov to request an adjournment.
In the event that you do not receive a letter from the Court with your new date and time to appear within the next 30 days, please call the Court at 914-591-7095.
All matters that are time sensitive, and require the Court’s immediate attention, will be handled by the Court. However, to protect the health and safety of the Court staff and the public, only two people will be permitted in the court room at any given time.
