The Board of Trustees is currently considering revisions to the zoning for the larger properties along North Broadway, specifically properties commonly known as the “Maxon Property”, the “Carafiello Property”, Abbott House, and the Holy Spirit Association. In updating the Village's Comprehensive Plan, the Comprehensive Plan Committee specifically recommended the addition of new uses for these properties.
As part of the review of the proposed changes, a public hearing was opened on June 3, 2019 and will continue on July 15, 2019 at 7pm in Village Hall.
