[ARCHIVED] Important Construction Work on Station Road - Wed 9/13

The contractor that is replacing the culvert beneath Station Road (near Brook Place) will be undertaking an important operation tomorrow, Wednesday 9/13. A crane will be positioned near the construction site to place a significant portion of the culvert structure.

Specifically, the crane will be located on Station Road between Woodbine and Brook Place and will be positioned in such a way that the houses in the immediate vicninity of Brook Place will not have vehicular access to their driveways. Those residents have been contacted directly by the contractor and will make arrangements to park in an alternate location.

The work is expected to begin with mobilization at or just before 7:00 a.m. and will continue through mid to late afternoon.

Emergency services have been made aware of this operation and are prepared to respond with no compromise in safety.
