Rec. Dept. Refund Policy

Rec. Dept. Refund Policy:

A full refund is granted if a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program and issue the appropriate refunds due to low enrollment or whenever it is considered in the best interest of the Department. Refunds will not be issued from the point one week prior to a program start date or, in the case of youth sports, once teams are selected. Refunds will be considered prior to this point at the discretion of the Superintendent however a $25 processing fee plus 5% of the program fee will be retained by the Village in all cases. Camp refunds are outlined in the camp handbooks.
