The Irvington Historical Society presents a lecture on Bannerman's Island Arsenal, A Hudson River Landmark by Thom Johnson, lifelong Hudson Valley resident and former Irvington High School Art teacher on Friday, February 5th at 7:30pm, Irvington Public Library, 12 South Astor Street.
Johnson has lectured about the Island for more than 20 years and is co-author of the Bannerman’s Castle book with Barbara Gotlock.
He offers guided tours of the Island, weather permitting.
Admission is free and refreshments will be served.
